To confirm the reservation is required a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount, to be paid at the time of booking.
For no-show, cancellations or changes
No charge if the cancellation notice is presented up to 60 days before the scheduled date of the excursion;
A 50% charge of the deposit will be applied if cancellation is made from the 59th to 30th day before the scheduled date of the excursion.
Charge equal to the deposit paid (cost required for the reservation) if the notice of cancellation is forwarded
from the 29th day before the scheduled date of the excursion.
Also remember that
if some participants in a group cancel one or more excursions during the tour, the price will remain the same
as agreed upon when accepting the program, and the excursions not taken will not be refunded.
